Our Vision
For over 30 years, Kenrick J. Albaugh, Inc. has been building and designing high quality structures. Founded in 1977 by Kenrick (Rick) Albaugh, in Houston, Tx.. and later moving to Hatteras Island, North Carolina. Rick Albaugh has done numerous design and construction projects of commercial and residential properties. Our projects start with design consultations and complete with furnishing and decoration, if you request. For those out of state property owners we also do annual checkups and maintenance at your request. Once a project is designed we give customers a 15 page detailed cost analysis at no charge.
